The German Marshall Fund is currently accepting entries for the 3rd Brussels Forum Young Writers Award for outstanding and original research on the future of the transatlantic relationship. The prize is open to all North-American and European students and young professionals under the age of 33. We want to give future leaders the opportunity to demonstrate innovative thinking on the issues that shape tomorrow’s transatlantic agenda.
The Award will be presented to a team consisting of one North-American and one European who have co-written a single paper addressing the following prompt: “The future of the transatlantic relationship: How can the next generation of leaders address 21st century challenges?”
The winning pair will be invited to present their work at Brussels Forum 2013, and each writer will receive a €2,500 award. The registration deadline is September 14, 2012 and more information about the competition and the award are available at http://brussels.gmfus.org/brussels-forum-young-writers-award-2013-call-for-applications/.
