Fulbright-Schuman Memorandum with the College of Europe

On Thursday January 30, 2014, Fulbright Belgium Executive Director Erica Lutes along with Professor Jörg Monar, Rector of the College of Europe, signed the Fulbright-Schuman Memorandum with the College of Europe (www.coleurope.eu). Also present at the signing were Professor Marco Rimanelli, 2013-2014 Fulbright-Schuman Chair in U.S.-E.U. Relations and Dr. Michele Chang, Professor at the College’s European Political and Administrative Studies Department and a Fulbright-Schuman alumna.

The Fulbright Schuman Program, administered by the Fulbright Commission in Belgium and jointly financed by the U.S. State Department and the Directorate-General for Education and Culture of the European Commission awards grants to European citizens to conduct research in the United States and to American citizens to conduct research in the European Union.
